(MDR) Studio Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Studio (MDR) is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee client relations, facilities, and front desk

operations, including scheduling. We’re seeking a candidate with a passion for people, strong problem-

solving skills, and excellent organization, who thrives in a client-focused, energetic, fitness-minded

community.

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality to every client

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Address and resolve in-studio complaints and issues

  • Manage client booking requests and concerns

  • Collaborate with marketing on events and promotions

  • Foster The Studio (MDR) community daily

STAFF MANAGEMENT

  • Recruit, hire, and schedule front desk associates

  • Build, lead, and manage a positive, productive team

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Train and develop front desk staff

  • Conduct performance feedback and evaluations

OPERATIONS

  • Oversee daily studio functions

  • Ensure facilities meet (MDR) standards

  • Serve as primary contact for facilities issues

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance with 3rd-party vendors

  • Manage inventory and supplies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of management and /supervisorial experience

  • Experience managing multiple locations /stores

  • Self-starter with strong managerial and people skills

  • Ability to multi-task and delegate effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of Mindbody is a plus

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 days per week, including one weekend day

  • In-studios shifts

  • Availability for evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

(MDR) CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

You are The Studio (MDR)'s brand ambassador. You are passionate about fitness and helping others to join our community. You are the expert on all things (MDR) including membership options, studio amenities, instructors, and class offerings. Your priority is building lasting relationships with existing and prospective members by ensuring that they have an amazing experience with us.

Your Availability

  • Early mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays

  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week including a weekend day/night

  • Shifts range from 3 - 8 hours

What you will do

  • Welcome all clients in for class

  • Familiarize new clients with who we are and our services/products

  • Advise potential and existing clients on memberships and products based on their needs

  • Provide and maintain a pristine studio appearance

  • Assist, sell and restock retail items as needed

  • Light cleaning as needed

What you've got

  • Customer service and sales experience

  • Passion for building relationships

  • Attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic, personal and friendly demeanor

  • Willingness and ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays at all four of our locations
