New to the scene?

Are you new to The Studio or just trying to find a workout that is right for you? If so, you made it to the right spot! Checkout our video explaining why The Studio (MDR) is the best choice for Pilates in the Los Angeles area and what you need to do to get started.

Know which (MDR) studio you are going to and arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you can meet our staff, get acclimated to our studio and the teacher can go over the Megaformer with you!  Check for parking tips at each of our locations.

check your feet

Make sure you wear grip socks, we require them in all of our classes. Grip Socks available for purchase at all of the studio locations

check your bag

Don’t forget to bring a towel, grip socks & a full water bottle. All are available for purchase in Studio.

Book a Class

Show up at least 10 minutes prior to the class.
