About Me: Ellie is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, from playing basketball and swimming in high school to distance running in her early 20s. When she became a flight attendant she started trying different classes in all the cities and countries she was visiting. She found lagree on a layover in New York and loved how strong it made her feel! She’s been loyal to it ever since.

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Ellie loves the energy and focus she gets from all the clients that come into class! She feels lucky to be part of their dedicated “me time” in such a busy and hectic world!
