About Me: Meet Kaylen, born and raised in Hawaii, who now calls Los Angeles home! After starting as a client at (MDR), Kaylen quickly fell in love with the method and how it transformed her strength, confidence, and sense of community. She teaches to share that same experience with others —creating an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome, empowered, and supported. Outside of the studio, you can find her at the beach, trying out a new dinner recipe, or thrifting! 

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Kaylen loves teaching at (MDR) because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people, build meaningful connections, and support her clients as they grow! She finds it incredibly fulfilling to help them develop both physical and mental resilience on their fitness journey.
