About Me: Suzie brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness world, having taught a wide array of disciplines including high-impact aerobics, step, spinning, and personal training. With a plethora of certifications, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the body and what it needs to thrive. Suzie's dedication to her own fitness journey allows her to continuously explore and deepen her practice. Outside of the studio, she enjoys daily Kundalini yoga sessions, indulging in fine dining, attending the theatre, and traveling. Suzie cherishes her friendships, adores her puppy Bentley, and finds immense joy in spending time with her family, completing the circle of her amazing life. 😍

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Suzie loves speaking to the body in a different way to truly find that mind body connection. Getting at the muscles in a way that creates space and length. She loves when a client finds that “I've never felt my abs like that before!” feeling. It’s so fun for her! She also enjoys the clients and meeting so many great people every week
