About Me: Yumi, Director of Operations at The Studio (MDR) and a Level 3 Lagree Master Trainer is passionate about community and personal growth. She found Lagree during breaks in college, trying to stay in shape as a two sport athlete in Pole Vault and Cheerleading. Always up for a challenge, she loves being detailed and fun in her teaching. An LA native, she's lived in many places but is happy to be "home". Outside the studio you'll find her skiing, biking ​at the beach and spending time with her dogs.

What you love most about teaching at The Studio (MDR): Yumi loves the (mdr) community, both clients and colleagues, everyone works so hard in and out of the studio. The environment is so inspiring to be around! She also believes the workout is the best there is. It's challenging, but makes your body feel strong for the long run!  She aims to be your personal cheerleader in class and is always rooting for you!
